北九州市アジア低炭素化センターは 2010 年 6 月に開設され、今年 開設 10 周年を迎える。そこで、北九州市は、同センター開設 10 周年記念事業として、投資家、企業経営者、起業家等の民間企業関係者を対象とした「ホラシス会議」の誘致を予定している。当業務では、ホラシス会議の全体会で取り上げるテーマ案として、同センター開設 10 周年記念事業として相応しいテーマ案を設定するものである。
