2026年2月公開予定IPBES評価報告書報道関係者向け事前説明会
2026年2月に開催されたIPBES総会第12回会合（IPBES-12）では、ビジネスと生物多様性に関する方法論評価報告書の政策決定者向け要約が承認・発表されました。それに先立って、評価報告書の重要性や作成プロセスについて報道関係者、ならびに民間企業向けに解説する事前説明会が、2025年11月12日に実施されました。本資料は、この事前説明会において、日本企業の取り組みの現状について紹介するために作成されました。

生物多様性・生態系サービスのシナリオ・モデリングには、グローバルや国レベルの広域のものをダウンスケーリングして用いる事が多く、地域の文脈におけるシナリオの妥当性やモデリングの解像度に課題があった。本研究では、これまでの地域の課題や将来ビジョン、地域の関係者とのワークショップで得られた意見にNFFを適用し分類を行った。結果、地域の将来ビジョンとして、社会のための自然利用より、文化としての自然への関心が高いことが明らかになった。さらにこれら地域情報に基づく4つのシナリオナラティブと、これらのナラティブを定量的に表現するための指標のロングリストを作成した。今後、今回得られた定性的なシナリオ（ナラティブ）に基づく数理モデリングを進めるための指標の選択と指標データを用いた計算（ステップ２...
