本稿では、クリーン開発メカニズム（CDM）プロジェクト毎に、投資分析に用いられた財務指標を用いて、非追加性の判定を行った。加えて、2017年12月までに発行された認証削減量（CER）に対して非追加的なプロジェクトからのCER量を推計した。本分析によって得られた主な結論は以下の通り。 • 2017年12月までにCDMプロジェクトから発行された1,877MtCO2の認証削減量（CER）のうち、非追加的なプロジェクトから発行されたCERが605MtCO2（全体の3割％）と計算された。 • プロジェクトタイプ別では、発行済みCERのうち水力発電プロジェクトの約8割、風力発電の約8割が非追加的なプロジェクトから発行された。一方で...
