本業務では、3月18日~22日にドイツ・ボンのUNキャンパスで実施された、国連気候変動枠組み条約(UNFCCC)第11回森林参照排出レベルの技術的評価(a technical assessment session of proposed forest reference emission levels and/or forest reference levels)に専門家として参加、対応を行った。同技術的評価には、全部で9か国からの森林参照排出レベルの提出があり、IGES研究員は、うち1か国の森林参照排出レベルの技術的評価を、もう一名の専門家と共に実施した。
