令和7年度 AP-PLAT を通じた途上国適応計画策定 並びに実装支援業務においては、特に気候変動による影響に脆弱な3か国（ラオス、ネパール、バングラデシュ）に対して NAP の詳細把握及び実施支援内容、加えて気候資金アクセス支援を行い、NAP の実施促進を目的とする。更に AP-PLAT の活動に賛同する機関や他ネットワークと共同でイベントを開催することで、各機関との連携強化と効果的な実施を図る。このような複数の異なるアプローチによる活動を通じ、環境省による二国間および多国間の適応国際協力が推進することを目的として実施し、それらの成果を報告書として記した。
