This is an abstract of the APN funded project on CBA2010-01CMY-Sang-Arun-Promoting sustainable use of waste biomass in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Thailand: Combining food security, bio-energy and climate protection benefits.
This presentation provides examples of recycling and integrated waste management in developing countries. Benefits of the 3Rs and integrated waste management on climate change mitigation was presented. Also, examples of international cooperation for improvement of municipal solid waste management were introduced.
