Zero Carbon City International Forum

17th March 2021 18:00~20:15, 18th 16:00~19:50

As the world accelerates its efforts to achieve a decarbonised society, there is a growing interest in how cities, as the foundation for society and economy, are tackling climate change.

This forum aimed to boost the work done by cities in their quest for net zero emissions. To this end, we invited representatives from various cities and related organisations both in Japan and from overseas. 28 municipalities from 15countries as well as 11 international organisations participated in the forum to share advanced cases and discuss necessary measures to strengthen city-to-city cooperation.
