本件は令和3年度国際脱炭素化社会研究調査等委託業務の報告書であり、以下4点について記載している。
① 電力需要側の2050年までの変化をシナリオ化するための基礎調査
② 2度目標を達成する長期シナリオのエネルギー需要に関する調査・分析
③ 欧州の複数の研究機関とのネットワークの年次会合の結果、ネットワークを活用した調査
④ 大学・研究機関等との連携によるゼロカーボンシティ実現支援方策の検討・調査
