②シナリオ分析を活用した途上国等に対する脱炭素に向けた制度構築支援

③途上国における研究者・政策担当等のネットワーク会合の開催

④業務成果の広報活動

本件は令和3年度国際脱炭素化社会研究調査等委託業務の報告書であり、以下4点について記載している。
①　電力需要側の2050年までの変化をシナリオ化するための基礎調査
②　2度目標を達成する長期シナリオのエネルギー需要に関する調査・分析
③　欧州の複数の研究機関とのネットワークの年次会合の結果、ネットワークを活用した調査
④　大学・研究機関等との連携によるゼロカーボンシティ実現支援方策の検討・調査
