ISAP 2023 全体会合2「解決策の実施(気候変動・生物多様性・循環経済): エントリーポイントと制度改革」
ISAP2023の全体会合2にパネリストとして堀田康彦が登壇しました。循環経済分野に関して、堀田康彦は、プラスチック汚染に関する国際条約の策定に関心が集まっているとして、プラスチックが様々な分野に関連することから、統合的な取り組みにつながる可能性を指摘しました。国際的な合意を地域、各国、自治体レベルに落とし込むとともに、各レベルの課題を国際的な目標設定に反映していく研究活動を展開しており、ベトナム・ダナン市での廃棄物管理プロジェクトと、国内諸都市を対象とした1.5℃ライフスタイルプロジェクトを紹介しました。

「かながわ気候市民会議in逗子・葉山」の結果は、最終会議(12月2日)以降、最終調整を経て、102の提案項目からなる「市民提案最終案」を完成させました。 12月7日、市民提案最終案を参加市民に送付し、盛り込まれた102の提案項目一つ一つに対し、7段階の支持度合いによる投票を依頼しました。 1週間後の12月14日、35名からの投票をもって投票を締め切り、投票結果を取り入れた94の提案項目からなる「かながわ気候市民会議in逗子・葉山からの提案」を完成させました。同提案は、12月15日に葉山町長、12月18日に逗子市長に手渡し、さらに12月19日に神奈川県政クラブにて届け、公表しました。
