平成25年度二国間オフセット・クレジット制度等の実施に向けたアジア地域におけるMRV体制構築支援事業委託業務報告書（各国におけるJCM人材育成支援部分）

This project aims to provide capacity building support for the development of MRV systems in Asian countries while developing appropriate MRV methodology in developing countries for the implementation of market mechanisms, including the JCM. The project was implemented in developing countries in Asia covering: (1) capacity building support programmes in relation to the development of new mechanisms, such as the JCM, and existing market mechanisms; and (2) studies and research on the potential countries.
