日本碳中和城市战略现状及GIS技术应用场景（Current Status of Japan's Carbon Neutral City Strategies and Application Scenarios of GIS Technology）

延辺大学地理与海洋科学学院で6月11日、地球環境戦略研究機関の金振博士が「炭素中和都市戦略の現状と展望」と題して講演しました 。講演では、日本の地方・都市の零炭素戦略、再生可能エネルギーの成果と課題、GIS技術の応用可能性などが紹介されました 。金博士は、GISによる太陽光発電設置の分析やドローンを用いた森林資源量測定技術の事例を示しました 。講演は、カーボンニュートラル戦略への理解を深め、環境科学研究への関心を高める機会となりました 

On June 11th, Dr. Jin Zhen from the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies, gave a lecture at the College of Geography and Ocean Sciences, Yanbian University, titled "Current Status and Future Prospects of Carbon Neutral City Strategies". The lecture introduced Japan's local and urban zero-carbon strategies, achievements and challenges in renewable energy, and the applicability of GIS technology. Dr. Jin presented examples of GIS analysis for solar photovoltaic installation and drone-based forest resource measurement techniques. The lecture provided an opportunity to deepen understanding of carbon-neutral strategies and enhance interest in environmental science research.
