Ezra recently joined IGES as a Policy Researcher under the Adaptation and Water Unit in February 2025. He has more than five years of experience in water and solid waste management projects. Over this period, he has been involved in more than 35 projects, collaborating with public and private sectors, non-governmental organizations, and international organizations. He is also a Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Professional Fellow.
He has worked with previous IGES projects, including PoDIWM-2: Strengthening Capacity Development for Local Governments in ASEAN to Tackle Microplastics and Water Pollution through Decentralized Wastewater Management Approach, Collaborative Research on Riverine Microplastics Pollution in ASEAN Countries - A Case Study in the Philippines, Training Needs Assessment in Microplastic Research in the Philippines, and Impact Analysis and Policy Recommendations of the COVID-19 Outbreak on Food and Plastic Waste in the Philippines.
