平成31年度多国間協力を通じた３R推進に関する調査業務報告書

2020年3月11日に発表されたEU新循環経済行動計画(A new Circular Economy　Action Plan For a cleaner and more competitive Europe – The European Green Deal )の概要を整理し、主なポイントをとりまとめました。 本行動計画の主なポイントとしては、より製品政策への対応を強化したこと、さらなる廃棄物削減目標の設定を行う方針を立てたこと、消費段階の対策を強化したこと、また、優先分野として、プラスチックの他に、エレクトロニクス・ICT、テキスタイルなどがあげられたということがあげられます。

一般社団法人 企業と生物多様性イニシアティブ（JBIB）が、武蔵野大学附属千代田高等学院・千代田女学園中学校と、次世代×JBIBコラボワークショップ「中・高校生×JBIBで考える海洋プラスチックごみ問題の解決に向けて私たちができること」を2019年11月6日(水)と16日(土)の2日間にわたり開催した。武蔵野大学附属千代田高等学院・千代田女学園中学校から、延べ32名の学生たちが2日間にわたり参加した。 11月6日（水）の初日は、オリエンテーションとして、2日間のワークショップで考えること、出すアイデアの方向性を全員で共有した。その後、「海洋プラスチックごみ問題に関する国際的な動向」について公益財団法人地球環境戦略研究機関（IGES）の堀田康彦より解説した。

At G20 Resource Efficiency Dialogue 2019 and Follow up of the G20 Implementation Framework for Actions on Marine Plastic Litter, as a leading editorial team of G20 report, IGES SCP team presented key findings and best practices of G20 memberstates on their actions against marine plastic litters.
