IGES北九州アーバンセンターは、パリ協定が掲げる1.5℃目標と私たちの日々の暮らしとのつながりを考え、より持続可能なライフスタイルへの行動変容を促すことを目的に、「1.5℃ライフスタイルワークショップ」を北九州市立ユースステーションと共催しています。学びだけでなく、家庭での実践や調理実習などを通じて、日常生活の中でできる行動を実際に試すことを重視しています。 第6回目となる今回は、「食べもの」をテーマに、中学生から社会人までが参加しました。参加者は、地元の食材を選ぶ、食品ロスを減らす、菓子やジュースを減らすなどの行動を約10日間家庭で実践するとともに、食品ロス削減につながる調理実習にも取り組みました。振り返りでは、温室効果ガスの削減だけでなく、節約や健康、地域経済への貢献など...
