本パンフレットは、IGES-KRCがインドのエネルギー資源研究所（TERI）と共同で2016年度に設立しインドで運用をおこなっている日本-インド技術マッチメイキングプラットフォーム（Japan-India Technology Matchmaking Platform: JITMAP）について広く発信し、認知度の向上並びに新たな参加主体の拡大等を目的として、環境省の委託事業「平成30年度 海外におけるCO2排出削減技術評価・検証事業」における活動の一環として作成した。 JITMAPは、技術の供給側である日本企業および需給側であるインド企業間のビジネスマッチメイキングを支援することにより、インドにおける日本の低炭素技術移転を促進するためのマルチステークホルダープラットフォームである。

エネルギー対策特別会計を用いた海外でのCO2排出削減事業の効果測定、優先順位付け等に貢献することを目的に、以下の業務を実施した。 （１）海外のCO2排出削減事業の事業実施後におけるＣＯ２削減効果の検証として、JCMスキームが実績を重ねつつある状況において、JCMスキームが優れた低炭素技術の導入にいかに貢献するか評価するために、現状におけるJCMスキームの優位性の検討を、１）海外のCO2排出削減事業の事業実施後におけるCO2削減効果の検証、２）JCMスキ－ムを活用した低炭素技術の優位性の評価・検証、３）ケーススタディとの比較におけるJCMスキーム優位性の評価・検証にかかる調査を通じて行い、評価・検証のため、調査結果をまとめた。 （２）環境インフラ展開　にかかる調査として、１）基礎情報...
