Senior Programme Manager
Over his carrier, he has engaged and interacted with various stakeholders (Central/Local Government, civil society, private sector, financial institutions, academia, etc.) to conduct Desk work, “on the ground” activities and online knowledge and information sharing. Countries which he covered until FY2014 include: Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. In FY2015-2019, he managed projects on Technology Assessments (TA) focusing on the countries previously mentioned along with others in Central and Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Poland and Hungary), Small Island Developing States (SIDS), etc. Since 2020, his focus extended to projects related to sustainable/green finance intending to coordinate/synergize the efforts of Japan and Middle East countries to promote ESG finance toward achieving their strategies regarding the SDGs and the net-zero emission economies.
