IGES contributed as a collaborator for the Symposium on Peatland Fire 2025. This event served as a final session, presenting the outcome of the JICA’s Verification Survey with the Private Sector for Disseminating Japanese Technologies to Extinguish Forest and Peatland Fires Using Eco-Friendly Soap-Based Fire Fighting Foam in Indonesia. It was a hybrid event (on-site in University of Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, and online).
