JICAにより2025年11月に実施されたイラン国別研修「地方自治体における3Rを含む廃棄物管理処理能力の向上」において、11月10日に「廃プラスチック問題とその国際政策動向」に関する講義・研修を実施した。参加者とは特に、プラスチック国際条約のINCでの議論およびイランの対応などについて意見交換を行った。日本語での発表を行い、ペルシャ語で逐次通訳が行われた。
