互恵的な日中都市間連携の構築について―JICA草の根技術協力2事業への考察を通して―

Focused on 2 projects about Grassroots Technical Cooperation JICA by considering the contents of its activities, and its challenges achievement through collaboration and cooperation. After analyzing the Encouraging and Discouraging Factors, as well as exploring effective ways of cooperation between cities, this paper gave suggestion for building mutually beneficial cooperation between cities.
