Mr. Hayashi obtained his masters of environmental and resource economics (University
College London) in 2007. He worked as a research staff at Sustainable Consumption and Production Group from year 2007-2012. His current research topics include international resource circulation, 3R policies for sustainable development, Extended Producer Responsibility, information management for sound resource circulation, food waste management policy, urban environmental management, low carbon city development etc.
