An employee at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) tested positive for COVID-19 on 26 November 2020.
The affected employee has been off-duty and teleworking from home since they fell ill on 9 November, took a test on 25 November, and received the test results on 26 November. Consultation with the designated local Public Health Centre confirmed that the person has been isolated for the necessary period, and the chance of further infection is very low at this point. Additionally, it has been ascertained there are no persons who were in a “close-contact” situation with this employee.
