気候変動による気象災害のリスクが高まると予測されている中で、災害に備える「適応」と将来の災害ハザードを低減する「緩和」の両面を考える「気候変動×防災」の視点から現状と課題を共有し、今後の検討の進め方について議論することを目的として、「気候変動×防災」国際シンポジウム及び専門家ワークショップの開催が予定されている。本報告書は、これら会合に関する支援業務の結果をまとめたものである。
