Analysis of the interlinkages among the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG): Methodology, tools and applications

This lecture was given to the training programme on “Teaching Sustainability and Localising the Sustainable Development Goals in the Hindu Kush Himalaya”, 13 December 2022, online. The training programme was organized by the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), Himalayan University Consortium (HUC), and Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), 29 September-22 December, 2022. In this training session, the methodology and tool for analysing the interlinkages between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were introduced. A couple of applications of the methodology and tool in the areas of climate action, sustainable development at the river basin scale, and the impacts of COVID-19 and its recovery measures on the SDGs are presented.
