Review of Cambodia's REDD Readiness: Progress and Challenges

From Foreword:
The Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) Forest Conservation Team is monitoring the development of national systems to reduce emissions from deforestation and degradation and enhance forest carbon stocks (REDD+). This report on national REDD+ readiness activities, progress and challenges in Cambodia is part of a series of IGES outputs on national REDD+ systems. The report was written by Amanda Bradley (Pact), who has been working in Cambodia since 1998 in the natural resources and environment sector, and who currently works for Pact as the Director of the Community Forestry Partnership Programme where she continues to guide implementation of community forestry and REDD projects in Cambodia.
