Recommendations for Updating the OECD Guidance Manual on EPR from Japanese Experts

At the Global Forum on Environment: promoting Sustainable Materials Management through Extended Producer Responsibility held in June 2014 in Tokyo, a group of Japanese experts submitted a list of recommendations for updating OECD Guidance Manual on EPR.
