In 中国における新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行と大気環境の改善に関するマクロ的な考察(速報)
中国において新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)が流行し、都市封鎖や外出等の制限が行われた2020年2月及び3月の大気汚染の状況について、流行前の状況及び前年同期の状況と比較した。単純な比較では25~38%程度改善されていたが、流行前後の季節変化による影響や毎年の大気汚染対策の進展による改善効果等を考慮して改善の程度を推定すると、新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行による社会経済活動の縮小により大気環境が20%程度改善されたのではないかと推計された。
