本業務は気候変動適応国際会議における議論動向の把握と必要な発言を行うとともに、それを整理して環境省への政策提言を行うことを目的として実施した。業務内容は、(1) 気候変動適応国際会議における議論の動向把握と提言、(2)気候変動枠組条約第27回締約国会議等の支援、(3)国際機関に提出する文書案作成支援の3項目である。まず(1)では、世界における気候変動に対する強靭性強化に我が国が適切な貢献を果たすため、世界における適応分野の議論の動向を把握し、かつ必要に応じて日本の施策を広く世界にアピールすることを目的として、今後の施策推進のために情報収集及び発信が必要な関連国際会議にオンラインで参加した。そして、参加会議の議事報告等を通じ、我が国の適応国際協力分野における政策提言を環境省に対して行った。(2...
