本報告書は、環境省委託事業「2019 年度二国間クレジット制度(JCM)に関する世界銀行との協力及びSDGs への貢献等調査支援委託業務」に関する成果をまとめたものである。本業務では、2019年7月に締結された世界銀行と環境省間のJCMに関する協力覚書に基づき、パリ協定6条の実施やJCMプロジェクトのスケールアップ、国際展開の推進等に向け、案件発掘や情報発信等に関する支援業務を実施するとともに、JCMを通じたSDGsの達成評価や具体的な貢献等の調査、JCMとSDGsの連携に向けた戦略策定等を行った。
