「合法伐採木材等の流通及び利用の促進に関する法律(通称「クリーンウッド法」」は、2016年5月20日に公布され、2017年5月20日に施行された。またその実施のため、施行規則、判断基準省令、様々な文章が主務省(農林水産省、経済産業省及び国土交通省)によって定められている。しかし様々な規定がこれらの文章の中で相互に引用されつつ書かれているため、全体を通じて理解することが難しい。このため、様々なクリーンウッド法関連文章をまとめて事項ごとに再整理し、理解の促進を試みた。
