「北摂里山地域循環共生圏」が目指す姿は、西谷、中谷、東谷の3地区のそれぞれの強みと弱みを補完し、融合を進めることで、豊かな自然環境を保全し、さらに近接する都市部住民との交流を積極的に促すことにより地域経済を活性化し、里山文化保全を中心とした地域循環共生圏モデルを形成することです。その実現に向けた具体的な活動として、以下の5つを実施する。

1) 太陽光発電と農業を両立させたソーラーシェアリング(営農型太陽光発電)の普及・拡大

2) 間伐材や剪定枝葉を原料とした木質チップやペレットの生産及び乳牛ふん尿からのバイオガス生成等のバイオマスの利活用

3) 太陽光発電による電力及びバイオガス(バイオ燃料)利用によるクリーンで住民及び訪問者の需要に応じた地域交通システムの構築

エネルギー対策特別会計を用いた海外でのCO2排出削減事業の効果測定、優先順位付け等に貢献することを目的に、以下の業務を実施した。


1.低炭素技術の国際的評価と効率的な普及方策; 1) 日本の低炭素技術の国際普及に向けた技術マッチメイキング・プラットフォームの効果の評価とその強化策の検討及び評価、2) JCM スキームによる低炭素技術の国際普及による効果等の評価及び同技術の効果的な普及策の提案、インド及びタイにおける活動の成果の共有並びに今後の活動・連携強化に関する協議等をおこなうため、3) 国内検討会を開催し、活動を総括した。
