IHDP（International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change=地球環境変化の人間的側面に関する国際研究計画）は、ISSC（国際社会科学協議会）とICSU（国際学術連合）の支援により、地球環境変化について人文社会科学的視点からの研究推進活動を行なっている国際的なプロジェクト。第1回公開会合は1995年に米国・デューク大学にて開催され、1999年の第3回会合はIGESにて開催された。
