IGES-TERI政策対話 「アジアにおける持続可能な低炭素型発展に向けた将来枠組みの展望」 IGESは、環境省からの請負業務の一環として、インド・エネルギー資源研究所（TERI）とともに、日印非公式政策対話「IGES-TERI 政策対話：アジアにおける持続可能な低炭素型発展に向けた将来 枠組みの展望」を開催しました。本対話は、アジアの主要排出途上国との対話を通じて、将来枠組みの実現可能な選択肢について模索することを目的とするものです。今回の対話では、排出削減や低炭素型発展を推進する上で重要となる7 つの要 素（1.低炭素シナリオ、2. 国内政策、3. コベネフィット、4.
