CDM案件形成のためのワークショップ

今般のワークショップでは、主にバンコク及び近郊の民間事業者を対象として開催した。タイにおけるCDMプロジェクトとして可能性がある、廃棄物処理場からのメタン回収、バイオマスの燃料としての利用等のプロジェクト設計書（PDD）作成のための方法論について議論したうえで、追加性の議論やベースラインシナリオについて理解を深めた。
