Under the
Integrated Capacity Strengthening for the
CDM (ICS-CDM) programme, IGES published the
CDM Country Guides, a series of manuals on
CDM project development for Cambodia, China,
India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand in 2005.
Now renamed as the "CDM Country Fact Sheets", these sheets aim at providing essential information about CDM project developments in Asia, including domestic GHG emission data, domestic approval related information (DNA structure, approval process and approval criteria) and the current situation of domestic CDM project development. |

the IGES CDM Programme |
| IGES's Clean Development Mechanism
(CDM) Programme promotes the Integrated Capacity
Strengthening for the CDM (ICS-CDM) launched in
October 2003, which is one of several CDM/JI promotion
initiatives by the Ministry of the Environment,
Japan. It conducts training and other activities
in support of the CDM in developing countries in
Asia. The programme disseminates information, contributes
to the establishment of networks in Japan and target
countries, and builds capacity to initiate, develop
and implement CDM projects. |
