Kyoto Protocol and IGES' Contributions
|
| The entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol
is a first but significant step towards achieving a sustainable
low-carbon society on a global scale. IGES, through its
research and outreach activities, aims at development of
pragmatic climate policies for sustainable development
of Japan and other Asian countries, and design of a blueprint
for the post-Kyoto framework with the goal of achieving
global participation in climate regime. |
