The Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) jointly organised a workshop entitled “DNA Workshop” on 17 February 2011. The issues presented and discussed in the workshop include: the status of the international negotiation on market mechanism; the research results and updates on developing standardised baseline for biogas projects in the Philippines; and sustainable development indicators within the perspective of CDM development and Grid Emission Factor (GEF) in the Philippines. About 20 people mainly from the members of DNA (Designated National Authority) attended the meeting. Each presentation was followed by Q&A and detailed discussions.
