The Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment (MoE) of Cambodia and KfW Bank group, held a workshop on 15 and 16 July 2010, focusing on CDM Programme of Activities (PoA) for project participants in Cambodia.

At the workshop, the Ministry of the Environment of Cambodia explained the status of the CDM registered project in Cambodia and DNA approval procedure, and KfW emphasised possibilities of CDM PoA implementation in Cambodia. Then, finance institutions, consultants and a validator gave their respective insights of their experiences of CDM activities. IGES explained about the comparative analysis between normal CDM and CDM PoA with statistics.
