The focus is on actions taken by
the private sector including business
corporations promoting environmental and
energy-saving measures
Private sectors, which have promoted environmental and energy saving
actions, shall be the research subject for IGES Kansai Research Centre.
Based on cooperation with research related countries and local
governments, specific strategies shall be formulated through promotion of
low-carbon technology to developing countries where the focus has been
on environmental and energy saving within private sectors, as well as
co-benefit technology project etc.
